W.O.D. WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Every day, athletes are challenged with a new workout. On a rare occasion – maybe once every 12-18 months – workouts are repeated to “benchmark” progress. Athletes are encouraged to attempt different movements, workouts, and modalities to ensure that they’re improving their fitness on all levels.
