We hold classes every day of the week (see the below schedule for details and times).
All classes (with the exception of Dash+Smash) include time to warm-up, train, and cool down in around 60 minutes.
To ensure you get the most out of your training, lifting sessions, metabolic conditioning, and gymnastics strength are staggered throughout the week (specific class times are listed below):
MONDAY – weight training + metabolic conditioning
TUESDAY – weight training + metabolic conditioning
WEDNESDAY – gymnastics skills training + metabolic conditioning
THURSDAY – max effort weight training and/or heavy lifting
FRIDAY – weight training + metabolic conditioning
SATURDAY – metabolic conditioning via Hero WODs… for service men/women who sacrificed their lives
SATURDAY MORNING – Power Yoga (830AM ONLY – $5 per person)

Monday thru Friday** (each class is 60 minutes long – no more – plan to arrive early if not on time)
5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, 9AM, 10AM, 11AM, 430PM, 530PM (Dash+Smash ONLY), 6PM, 7PM
(**NOTE: there is NOT a 7PM class Friday night)
