Couch To CrossFit (C2CF)
Couch to CrossFit is a program for anyone and everyone!
Look forward to a welcoming environment that reduces stress, deflates any CrossFit myths, is FUN, and ultimately provides a jump-start for your new fitness journey.
You will be motivated, ready to take over your world and begin your journey to being stronger, faster, and healthier!
What can you expect?
The 4-week couch to CrossFit program is composed of 4 Saturday sessions and weekly at home workouts and tasks.
– Saturday Sessions include a dynamic group warm-up, a skills session to introduce movement concepts and exercises, metabolic conditioning, and basic mobility.
– Weekly Homework includes a warm-up and metabolic conditioning to be completed 2-3 times at home during the week (depending on how you are feeling). It also contains advice, tips, and a specific actionable task. The actionable tasks are written to help the you improve your health and to jump-start your journey on the road to success. The actionable task should be completed and brought back to the following Saturday session. Once completed and returned, the actionable task results allow coaches to more accurately assess your individual needs and provide valuable information for future communication.
